My sales consultant, Darlene, was great! From start to finish, all went very smoothly. She knows the products and was able to get my special order in quickly. I have bought at Chuck’s before and definitely will again. I can’t wait to get my beautiful, comfy, well built sectional couch! I highly recommend Darlene and Chuck’s Furniture!!
Was shopping for and with my mother in law and she loved the adjustable base bed & mattress we found. Also snagged a new mattress and bed for ourselves. Shawn was awesome and love seeing the family that’s owned Chucks still there too! I snagged the one in pic for my guest room!
What a great place! The people in the store were so nice and helpful. Everything they was going happen, happened. The delivery date did change on time and very efficient. This is far the best furniture store we have ever been in. We will only go to Chuck’s Thank you for a great experience
Received the best customer service from Darlene! She was patient, went above and beyond to ensure I was getting what I wanted and she didn’t make me feel pressured. As a result, I love my chair. I will shop at Chucks again. What a gem!
Our sales consultant was Darlene and she went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. She made sure we knew all of our options and pointed out different price ranges for what we were looking for. By the end of our visit, we had purchased a large couch and recliner.
