Chuck came to look at a simple job I had, and gave me a verbal quote for around $500. There was a mistake made by the apprentice he sent…….no worries, mistakes happen……..but a hole in the ceiling needed to be fixed. Chuck sent a guy to fix said mistake, and then sent me a bill for almost double what he originally told me. When I emailed him about the shocking difference, he simply said that the amount he told me didn’t include labour. Huh?? Who does that? My furnace quit working, the problem turned out to be electrical. The heating company called in Chuck’s Electric, they arrived within 15 minutes and diagnosed and repaired the issue within the hour. Very professional, proficient and friendly. Highly recommend!!
