Chuck is perhaps the best mechanic in the whole universe. Not only are they fair and tell you exactly what needs to be done, but he goes more than the extra mile. I had a break in recently, and they replaced the steering column. That worked great. I locked all of my doors, and realized that he did not give me back my door key (totally understandable over site, one I did not think of at all). I called his shop at 8pm, he was still there. My 2006 Pathfinder had a check engine light on and was having some operational issues. I took it to a Nissan dealer and was told I needed a new catalytic converter for $900.00+ . My husband took it to Chuck's for a second opinion. He checked the catalytic converters and there was nothing wrong with them. It needed a new oxygen sensor that ended up costing about $230.00 for labor and cost of replacement. By far the lowest price for the repair I needed. On 8/2/2012 they replaced my catalytic converter on my 2000 Accord for $400 plus tax. Other bids I got were for $530 and $700+. I got there at 8:00 a.m.; they finished the work at 8:35 a.m.
