The man that came to clean my carpet smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. He layed his jacket over my dining room chair and I had to get my hand steam cleaner out Becsuse the smell from his jacket made even my chair smell like cigarettes. After he left and the carpet dried the spot that needed treated still has a stain and odor, I will never use this company again nor do I recommend his services.
