This Auto Shop is my go to in Bend since moving here. Jake specializes in EVs, which is perfect since I own a hybrid. Service here has been great since my first visit. Jake is honest, quick, and forth right when working on my vehicle. I’d recommend anyone I know to check this shop out if in need of auto maintenance especially for EVs / hybrids.

Great service, friendly staff, always knowledgeable, had multiple vehicles worked on here and no issues with any of them after. Answered any questions I had with patience because lets face it I dont know jack about auto maintenance
Had my transmission fail on me that I had rebuilt a few months back by a different transmission shop, the other shop said the warranty was void due to "abusive driving". was told by a friend to take it to Jake, it took a little bit longer but Jake rebuilt it and he found that the hydrostatic bearings had never been replaced the first time around resulting in the turret assembly as he called it being able to work side to side. I have found my new mechanic!
