I brought my Jaguar in to Chuck’s Auto in Bend today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. These guys are the real deal — professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently, and treated my vehicle with care and respect. It’s not easy finding a shop you can trust, especially with a Jaguar, but Chuck’s exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service in Central Oregon. This is what a mechanic should be. Super friendly, competent, fair on price/hours. Did a repair on super short notice and helped fix a few small/trivial issues while it was on the lift. Will definitely be going here in the future.
