Chuck's in Akron does good work. My car had a check engine light on due to a bad catalytic converter (P0420 code). Rather than spending nearly $1000 for a new converter, Chris installed a spark plug non-fouler to trick E-Check into passing my car. (Cost me $75 cash which I think he pocketed lol) Just don't tell E-Check or the EPA and remember to bring cash only (no paper-trail for them)

They were able to schedule for two days after calling. You are able to drop vehicle off after business hours. For me, they did pads and rotors, also figured out the sound coming from the back (rear differential going bad). They found a low milage replacement part for my Forester so the parts+labor were about the same as just the part would cost at the dealership.
