They were able to schedule for two days after calling. You are able to drop vehicle off after business hours. For me, they did pads and rotors, also figured out the sound coming from the back (rear differential going bad). They found a low milage replacement part for my Forester so the parts+labor were about the same as just the part would cost at the dealership.
