Ridiculous customer service in the Framing Department I have given the Framing Department at Michael's 3 chances to provide good Customer Service and they have failed miserably. A simple request has turned into a major deal. When you go to the department, expect to wait for a long time for someone to assist you. I heard another customer ask for help and the employee was not even willing to come from behind the counter to find an appropriately sized mat for them. There are other stores!! This store carries all of the same products as the other Michael's stores, so go there. This store knows nothing about customer service and honestly cares more about sitting on their butts than actually helping customers. I have wandered around the store for five - ten minutes searching for an associate and then when I found one, she didn't know what she was doing. Definitely go to another store to get what you want because this one is not worth the hassle.
