From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. The quote wasn’t just a sheet of paper—it was a professional online system with the ability to drill down into every component and read detailed descriptions, which made it easy to understand exactly what I was purchasing. The approval process was quick and simple to complete online. Everyone I worked with was approachable, responsive to my questions, and scheduling was incredibly easy. Great first experience with Chuck's. Brandon did a thorough inspection and was polite and professional. He kindly re-seated and secured one of our vent pipes at no extra cost. Great tech, great company, and a great price. Will definitely be calling Chuck's from now on for my AC needs.
It's nice to have a service provider you can count on, and for HVAC services, Chuck's is my go-to. Michael was very fast, professional and polite. We had to call them in for an after hour appointment which is always a pricier endeavor but we had the option rather than waiting the whole weekend out in a sweat until Monday rolled around. :) I’m very happy. Again, not cheap but I’m not sure any AC repairs are anymore.
So glad we found these people. They're wonderful to work with. Nowadays, I've felt like every tradesman I've called is working some kind of scheme with sky high prices even to do a simple job. I think with Chuck's I've found people I can trust to give me a fair price, not try to "up sell" me something I don't need, and to fix the problem. Couldn't be happier!
