GREAT service! A/C went out and needed someone "now". They went out of their way to get someone to us within 2 hours. Matthew showed up and was kind and courteous and a definite expert. He diagnosed quickly and had a plan for the very next morning. We were a little concerned with handling a 87 degree evening in the house but Chuck's came through (Tera) and surprised us with a portable A/C so we got some rest. Now, it's nice and cold in the house thanks to Chuck's.
I initially selected Chuck's AC because they are a family owned business, and that is getting harder and harder to find. I have worked with them now for years as I own a couple of rental properties plus my home. I cannot say enough good things about the team, their service and their willingness to come back when there are issues. I normally don't post reviews, but they recently went above and beyond and wanted to share my experience.
