I have never dealt with a business such as this.My ice machine is broken.I called Chuck's ACR and they sent a technician promptly.He said the pump was broken and would cost $1,000 to fix. They also sell 3 different brands. I asked for estimates for each one. No problem they would email to me.After a week went by I had not heard anything so I called and was told Kathy was very busy and she would send it soon.Three weeks later I called again and told them to forget the estimate and sell a new Manitowoc machine. Zero stars, not good. Looked at my AC issue July 3rd. Left without saying anything and then did not return and no one called. 30 days later I finally got word from the office person that chuck would not work on my unit. I called Gus with Ocracoke Heating and Air. Gus called me back, came that day and fixed the problem. If you need AC help on Ocracoke, call Gus!
