Chuckies Pies makes a fantastic deep-dish pizza! The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside while staying warm and soft inside—exactly what you want in a deep dish. The flavors are spot on, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their ingredients. Beyond the pizza, the staff is friendly and welcoming. They make sure everything is just right, which adds to the great experience. If you're in Lake Oswego and craving deep dish, Chuckies Pies is definitely worth a visit!
Chuckie pie was the best pizza place in LO but unfortunately quality and service has degraded. Pizza was dry, less cheese, less sauce… No more free peppers and no more olive oil bottles on the table…. Pepperoni was too salty too. After paying, my wife complained that it is nothing like we had 4 years ago, so I was not the only one.
New to the area and glad to find a good pizza joint! Just wish they were open more
Decent food, terrible service. We reserved a standard table for 6:45 on a Friday and arrived on time, only to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Instead of a table, we were placed at the bar, where we were repeatedly bumped by food runners. The host apologized and promised to comp our first round of drinks, but the drinks were still on the bill. We ordered breadsticks, Caesar salad, two pizzas, and affogato.
