Excellent doesn’t even begin to cover it. Soooo… everyone who has known me for maybe even the briefest amount of time knows that I am a meatball snob. I make good meatballs. OMG. I love to cook but these eggplant rollatinis were off the charts. The layers, then the layers of flavors, then the sauce! I am officially addicted. You will not go wrong.
Best meatballs hands down!
The Buffalo chicken meatballs were awesome! Perfect amount of heat and great flavor. Nice touch with the crumbled blue cheese and celery and blue cheese to dip. Highly recommend.
