I emailed about a case on Dec 12th that was scheduled for Dec 20th... No response. I called the Monday before the date and was told he would be busy the entire week before and would have to simply speak to him the day of. Here I am... The day of and arrived 15 minutes early. Called after waiting an hour and was told "he will get here when he gets here sometime before court closes at 3pm." And they would not call to check a time frame for his arrival. Real stellar customer service!
