I tried not to leave this review, but had to stop in the middle of fixing his job to leave one because of the fustration. $340 down the drain......he did fix the wobbling toilet by sticking some small shims on the side (i could have done that) but no exaggeration, it is the worst caulk job I have seen in 20 years. Unfortunately, I was out of town so I was not there when the job was done. I don't know what happened but it looks like my 4 year old caulked the toilet. Chuck is an overpriced, grandiose, rude plumber who DOES NOT solve your problem. Called for a leaking sink, 30 mins spent on task and over $300 later, the problem STILL persists. Over the years, used different servicemen and not once has someone left and the problem still persisted which means that Chuck didn’t detect where the problem was coming from in the first place. I do not recommend Chuck to anyone. All those rude remarks on his other reviews and being overpriced may have a high likelihood of truth to them.

Amazing experience! David came out to fix a couple of things. Professional, cheerful and a plumbing magician. Diagnosed two of the three issues with just a turn of the faucets. The third he offered a quick fix option or a longterm fix, which was so appreciated. Quick work and all is running perfectly again. Could not recommend enough. Love to have a local business to call on. Five stars, and I'd give more if I could!
