I want to thank everyone at Chuck Stevens Ford in Bay Minette for making me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Linda was so nice on the phone and connected me with Brenda Foster, who was amazing-she explained everything, let me test drive several cars, and was so helpful. Cameron Cole in finance was just as great, and explained everything clearly and offering help anytime. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience.
Katie Morris is the BEST. I called with an issue with a service I was having done in Pensacola, but I purchased the vehicle from Chuck Steven’s. I told her the information and she promptly pulled the service manual, contacted the warranty company, advised me of the services that were not a requirement where I was told that they were from the Pensacola dealership. Have a 2022 Ram 3500 and they made me sit from 7:30-2:15 before they told me nothing was covered under warranty. I told them to just fox it all $4200 then the. Proceeded to tell me they didnt have the parts. Half could be there tomorrow then Oct29! They could have told me that earlier so I could have had a ride home and bot wasted a WHOLE DAY!
