Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at chuck Steven's. Yall really help me out with my 2020 ram truck. I had to go and get it from Jubilee Dodge on why 90. It was there for 7 days. They didn't do anything. I call chuck Steven's and talk to Mr. Devin. 11/5/25. He said bring on. Took it this morning 11/6/26. And they hook it up rite then. By 930 he call and told me what I needed to do. By 230 my truck was done. From now on . If I have any problems. It will always go to chuck Steven. Thank you to everyone there.
Kameron was wonderful...He was quick and knowledgeable...We were actually just looking but wind up getting 2 vehicles today....Will send someone else to him most definitely!!! Had a good day and wasn't pressured just informed...Thanks Kameron you need a raise!!!
I want to thank everyone at Chuck Stevens Ford in Bay Minette for making me feel like family from the moment I walked in. Linda was so nice on the phone and connected me with Brenda Foster, who was amazing-she explained everything, let me test drive several cars, and was so helpful. Cameron Cole in finance was just as great, and explained everything clearly and offering help anytime. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience.
Katie Morris is the BEST. I called with an issue with a service I was having done in Pensacola, but I purchased the vehicle from Chuck Steven’s. I told her the information and she promptly pulled the service manual, contacted the warranty company, advised me of the services that were not a requirement where I was told that they were from the Pensacola dealership.
