Finally... am honest mechanic! Estimated work based on codes shown by the jeeps computer. Chuck figured it out that it was something else. Instead of paying the estimate between $400-$500, final bill was less than $350. I will be taking all my vehicle work to him. I recommend others do the same.
I took my vehicle in because it was not shifting properly. With this particular vehicle, if the speedometer is not working or the cable to the speedometer it will cause shifting issues. I told them that I thought it might be the cable causing the problem. After replacing the cable and two speed sensors, they called and said the vehicle was done, but the speedometer was going in reverse.
