This was my first encounter with Chuck Smith flooring. I was looking to replace carpeting on my basement stairs. From the initial consultation with Colleen to the completed installation with Shawn and Bill, the project was flawless. Colleen was extremely knowledgeable and insightful as to the selection of carpeting. Have done several jobs for us, ( kitchen & gameroom flooring). Would highly recommend them. They even did the crown moulding for us. The crew is easy to work with. Pricing was good, cleaned up after every day they where here. Nice people to work with. Highly Recommended
I am elated with the job done by Ron’s crew of Gary and Sean. They turned my scratched and water damaged oak floors into beautifully restored floors. Previous owners had pieced in some new wood pieces by vents when the ductwork was changed. Gary patiently worked to make certain the newer wood matched the original wood.
