I am very disappointed with my recent dining experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse. During our visit, staff allowed a patron to bring their dog into the restaurant where food and drinks were being served. Not only was the dog carried around the establishment, but the patron also approached and greeted other customers while they were eating. This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable for a dining environment. Alyssa worked on bar and was amazing. We decided to sit on the patio even though no one was out there, I said I would come in and grab my own drinks to not be an inconvenience and she insisted to bring our drinks out. That’s really good service from someone who works in the industry. She was amazing all the way through. We ended up eating some wings and quesadilla too which was delish. Shout out to Alyssa and the kitchen. Thank you
