Love going to chucks. Service is great food always served hot with smiles.
Chuck's on Princess Street is a spot that my husband and I visit frequently. Prices are reasonable, beer is cold, service is good, despite staff shortage. The only thing I want to mention regarding the food is the bruschetta. It was over cooked, burnt on the ends and very little topping. I love bruschetta, so I thought I would let people know. Maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen.
went yesterday march 25for the first time. disappointed, steak wasn,t cooked to my specificatins, asked for med, rare came well done, and very tough, tbone. fries were tyipcal frozen fries, and corn was in a bowl, not on a cob, could have come out of any can. staff were polite, and we got a discount for the mistakes, but i,m not sure I,ll go back. if they plan to servive here they best learn how to cook steak,! hello!
Honest review as I enjoys Chucks. Greeted quickly with choice of seating. Server arrived and we ordered a pitcher of beer. Maybe 12 in the dining section and another 6 or 8 in the bar half. ( Not busy). I sat watching and waiting for the beer to be poured and waited for 11 minutes. Beer arrived no frosted mugs. I ordered burger and fries and partner had the half ribs. When food finally arrived fries were warm, burger and ribs mildly hot. Not quite what I expect from this franchise.
Went for lunch with a colleague and wanted a quick and simple lunch. Services by Rocco was excellent and food came quick and was great.
Chucks Restaurant truly offers mediocre food that can olne be described as lackluster, the service is truly horrible and the owners are unkind, unfriendly and truly evil humans that do not respect other humans and only care about money!
