Took my Tahoe in for a inspection. They’re very easy to work with on scheduling a date with a reasonable advance on the date to bring it in the night before They were quick with getting the inspection done. They also coordinated and worked with me picking up after hours and had the vehicle parked off of the road and out of the way of danger of an idiot drivers for the pick up when I got home from work.
As someone who has been in the car business for almost 15 years, I have encountered various types of mechanics, and Chuck stands out as one of the best. I referred a customer to him for a warranty claim repair, based on a family member's recommendation. A great honest mechanic that's hard to find
I started coming to Chuck a few years ago; he's a wonderful mechanic and him and his wife always make the process really easy. They work with you to the best of their ability and explain things as thoroughly as possible. Highly appreciate them and I definitely will continue coming to them for any and all of my car needs!
Update: still the best mechanic in the area! Thank you Chuck and Romana! We've been taking our cars to Chuck since he and Romana had the shop in East falls. They are good and honest people who care about their customers! Chuck has always been so helpful to us and our family.
