I have been using Chuck's for 35 years and highly recommend them. Their charges are fair and they have kept many, many of my appliances out of the landfill.
Wish I could rate them even less than one star. Lazy company that won’t return calls and won’t reply emails even after having asked you to send them an email. Who does that? Makes me think it’s not an actual business. Skeeeetchy.
Very unprofessional and rude. I contacted this business based on a recommendation of a friend and neighbor. I scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon because my refrigerator is not working. They told me they did service my brand of refrigerator. I came running home from work after taking the afternoon off and no one had showed up in the first 2.5 hours of the 3 hour window I was given. I deliver mail in South Pasadena, I’ve delivered to chucks appliance in the past. As a home owner, and slight handyman, I’ve gone into chucks appliance with questions about my appliances that are giving me problems and they are more than willing to give me advice and find the right part for me. Very friendly and helpful.
