Chuck is amazing! The Phoenix market is super competitive for buyers right now, and he worked hard to find houses in our price range and go see them with us right away since houses are selling so fast. Chuck is a great realtor. He knows the market and areas of town. Chuck was quick to inform us of listings and open and flexible for showings. Chuck answered all our questions and worked with us every step of the way from showings, to the final walkthroughs, to being at the signing of the paperwork. We have worked with Chuck for two investment properties and will work with him again when we purchase our third.
