I have been going to Chuck Rimer for many years. He takes care of all of your concerns in a timely manner and has the best personality. I do agree with the reviews that state it's ridiculous to fill out all of those forms every year. It's time to update that process.

Chuck Rimer is an very good P.A. My issue is with the difficult parking situation and having to fill out the new patient paperwork EVERY year. Most offices are computerized by now. I'm not sure why they are still using paper forms and requiring them to be completed all over again annually. I've found another dermatology office to has good parking and online computerized medical history, etc...

Chuck acted on his in-stinks and removed a large mole off my back which came back positive he had me in surgery a week later... he had all the necessary doctors call me to make appointments that man is a true hero!

My daughter was very happy with Dr. Rimer himself as far as the medical side of her treatment. However, the office staff could not have been more rude to both of us. When the patient asks ahead of time (SEVERAL TIMES) to make sure her insurance covers everything--including specifically asking the Dr. AND office staff before and at the appointment to make sure they do not send out any bloodwork or any labs to providers that her insurance does not accept, then the office staff should NOT just say yes we won't do that and just ... read more
