Whoever wrote our policy was grossly negligent. Shame on us for not catching it, but we won't make that mistake again. They wrote us a policy that was grossly insufficient and would bankrupt us were anything serious to happen. The point of going to an insurance agent is to be given the best coverage for the best price. We got screwed. These people are negligent and incompetent.
