High rates, billing confusion and no customer service attitude toward correcting a billing error. Taking my business elsewhere. This is an addition to original post.... I Finally got my refund for the billing error 3 weeks later. At this point you could have kept the refund. Had you issued the refund when I asked you to, when I "needed" the money , none of this would have happened, but "you" did'nt therefore I've moved on across the street. I have been a custoner for 15 yrs. Thanks! There will not be a 16th yr.
