Wife was in an accident snd our Soul got totalled. Started looking for a new car, and we hoped Chuck Olson Kia might meet that need. Found a used vehicle online and wanted to take a look/test drive it. We were told that it was "off site" getting detailed, but would be back soon. Next day, we received two different stories about where it was and why it was still not on site. We were told an employee took it w out authorization.
