Friendly and knowledgeable service. My oil change was done in a timely manner and I was on my way in less than an hour.
Imagine calling this place for torque information on your Chevy Vehicle and the service manager Todd tells you all the technicians are gone and you should look it up on Google. Useless.
Ghosted me in the process of seeking warranty service.
The other day I was in Chuck Olson Chevrolet service department having service work done to my work van. I just wanted to mention that one of the service desk persons Todd was helping a lady after her service work was done. He got her a chair and answered all of her questions with a smile. When they were done he helped her carry her bag to her car walking by her side and helped put her belongings into her car.
