What started out as a nightmare with insurance (shocking, I know), ended with critical repairs under an existing extended warranty. I had some service work done after my AC died on me in our Texas heat, and delt with Megan who was absolutely AMAZING in service, from start to finish. I can't tell you the frustration I had when I purchased my extended warranty from Bluebonnet, and had to call the war company only to hear nothing but negatives from them. I took my vehicle to Megan at Chuck Nash, and explained the situation, and she said "I got you!" and I believed her. I had a great experience at Chuck Nash Chevrolet's service center in San Marcos. The lounge was comfortable, and notifications on the TV screen let you know where your vehicle is in the maintenance queue. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Riley Borneman and Ivan Gallardo. Highly recommended

Would not recommend. $280/hr labor for diesel is a joke. Foreman overestimates job duration, for instance told me 25 hours to replace a wiring harness without even knowing if that was the true problem. Covert is much better.
