Good morning, we had brought our Arcadia for the 3rd time, after many weeks and more than &4,500.00 they still don’t know what is wrong with the air conditioner. It is a certified GMC Denali, thanks God we bought the insurance. My husband is retired however he still has a job, which it makes it hard on us having just one car. The service offered? I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and communication I have received from this service department. After my vehicle was rear-ended in November 2025, repairs at the collision center began during the second week of December. The vehicle was returned to me on January 19, appearing to be repaired. What started out as a nightmare with insurance (shocking, I know), ended with critical repairs under an existing extended warranty. Service Advisor Richard Torres initially met with me several weeks prior and had his alignment tech(Wilden Sommer...also amazing) test drive my wife's car.
