I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and communication I have received from this service department. After my vehicle was rear-ended in November 2025, repairs at the collision center began during the second week of December. The vehicle was returned to me on January 19, appearing to be repaired. What started out as a nightmare with insurance (shocking, I know), ended with critical repairs under an existing extended warranty. Service Advisor Richard Torres initially met with me several weeks prior and had his alignment tech(Wilden Sommer...also amazing) test drive my wife's car. I had some service work done after my AC died on me in our Texas heat, and delt with Megan who was absolutely AMAZING in service, from start to finish. I can't tell you the frustration I had when I purchased my extended warranty from Bluebonnet, and had to call the war company only to hear nothing but negatives from them. I had a great experience at Chuck Nash Chevrolet's service center in San Marcos. The lounge was comfortable, and notifications on the TV screen let you know where your vehicle is in the maintenance queue. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Riley Borneman and Ivan Gallardo. Highly recommended
