Excellent Service
Would not recommend. $280/hr labor for diesel is a joke. Foreman overestimates job duration, for instance told me 25 hours to replace a wiring harness without even knowing if that was the true problem. Covert is much better.
People at the express servicing station are nice and friendly, but charge a 3% fee on all credit card transactions including the GM credit card.
Its hard to find great employees willing to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service. Keno understood my concerns and addressed them immediately. He is a very professional and respectable. Rather than spoon feeding you a bowl of malarky, he did right by asking the questions and providing correct answers while responding with empathy. Previous experiences had me reconsider stepping foot back onto the service lot. The five stars are for Keno and as of today, I will only work with him.
