Fast and friendly service. Had an oil change, tire rotation and car wash in one hour. The oil change is a little expensive but had a coupon that the dealership provides so I was happy with my service.
I wish to put zero stars for both the service and 2023 GMC Yukon. I dropped about 2 weeks ago and they still working and not reporting what is going on with my vehicle. Worst service worst suv. Don't buy and don't get service here.
Restored Confidence because of service advisor, Riley Borneman. Had to take my Buick Encore in for warranty work to Chuck Nash dealership. I was reluctant as the last two experiences had been dreadful and I swore I wouldn’t be back. Riley has restored my faith in the service department. I brought my 2024 Silverado 1500 in for warranty work. Sean Bailey was my service advisor and I was very impressed with his attention to detail and courteous personality. I will surely bring my truck back to Chuck Nash and have Sean handle my service.
I want to give s huge shout out to Luke in the service department he is the number one service advisor to go to no matter my questions he had an answer if something did not seem right to me he figured it out very personable listens well communicates very well and does whatever he can to make sure you're happy he went to bat for me with the insurance company and came out on top also Robert manager for service department he really made sure I was taken care of personable made sure I had a loaner vehicle all in all I'm telling ... read more
