Metal roof and porxh installed 2016. Quality materials and install, except the ridge cap. Everytime a hurricane or TS comes thru, water is pushed up under the cap and leaks into the house. Of course I have water damage and some mold. I had to install a solid foam enclosure to replace the nothing foam that was shoved under the cap.
