Bring the truck in to get an oil change we are told it will be done by noon we show up at 2:30 and it’s still on the rack. That’s really not the issue but the people that you have working for you and how they handle circumstances and situations. Let’s just say if I had someone working for me like the man that you have working for you (dealing with the public ) . He would’ve been let go on the first day!!! Choose your employees carefully because it makes a difference on who comes back and who doesn’t.
