Overall the experience was fine. The communication could have been a tad bit better. My car was dropped off on a Monday and I was told it was going to be ready late Tuesday or Wednesday. I decided not to get a rental since I was told it was only going to be a day or 2. The next communication I received was on Thursday letting me know that the parts had arrived and they had started working on my vehicle.
