If I could give zero stars I would. We had a signed contract in April 2025 to have our driveway paved. . We made numerous calls throughout the summer and fall trying to get a call back about arranging a date to have driveway paved. Our phone calls were never returned and our driveway was never paved. When it became too late in the fall for the driveway to be done and we still had not received a return call we had to drive to the office to demand our deposit be refunded. Drivers are dangerous, which is hard to believe with all the liability in trucking.I was escorting a oversized load from our heidelberg plant in jordanville . I had traffic stopped because we needed both lanes due to the width. When one of there dump trucks drove around me with his horn on without even slowing down. I was pretty amazed that being that he's in the same business as we are that he would do something like that.
They paved the driveway at an angle that it now floods my garage and yard. We called several times. After several months, they finally came and stated they saw the mistake in the pitch but never returned to repair the issue. The work was done fast and efficiently but the accuracy was very off.
Chuck installed a new driveway in May 2024. I noticed after the job was complete there were areas of concern. I called Chuck the same day and left a voicemail to let him know of my concerns. He never returned my call and it took some time before I would finally speak with him on the phone. Each call ended with I'll be over this weekend or I'll call you before I stop over.
