Chuck came out the day I called and had my new septic tank installed and inspected within 2 weeks. I believe the price was fair and the work excellent. Highly recommend .
Chuck is an expert in his field. I was extraordinarily impressed with his ability to assess issues, planning and coordination with other contractors to make things happen. His goal was to provide as quick a turnaround as possible. Chuck and his team worked in the pouring rain .. that’s exceeding expectations ! He’s honest and reliable. I highly recommend him. A septic inspection showed our tank wasn't draining properly. Chuck came out the next day, quickly located a problem using a camera. After asking for permission to proceed, he started digging. It didn't take long for him to find a bad section of pipe. He removed it, tested the rest of the system, connected new pipe, and backfilled. His work pace was calm and steady. Chuck helped us sort out a fairly tricky issue with our Septic. We're the second owners of our home, and our septic system is nearly its standard shelf-life. It's also a pump system, pushing our grey-water uphill to the leech field. We had a tree felled near the field, which resulted in grey water bubbling up (not a great sign).
