Chuck helped us sort out a fairly tricky issue with our Septic. We're the second owners of our home, and our septic system is nearly its standard shelf-life. It's also a pump system, pushing our grey-water uphill to the leech field. We had a tree felled near the field, which resulted in grey water bubbling up (not a great sign). Chuck and his assistant Edgar were amazing! They evaluated our old leach field which was no longer taking in water and promptly made all the arrangements with the geologist and the county to expedite a new one. They were extremely professional and punctual. They dealt with all of the paperwork and communications with the necessary parties. They explained exactly what they were doing at every step and made sure to leave our yard in great condition upon leaving. We highly recommend Chuck for any septic system issues.
