Chuck is the contractor you’re searching for. I’ve been hands on through my ADU project and Chuck is the first contractor I met that from start to finish made me feel lucky and thankful to have helping me. He’s honest, diligent, personable and fair. He spoke with respect and knows exactly what he needs to do in all situations. Chuck is the best money I spent in this entire project and I’m almost ready to move in. This is not an exaggeration you found the septic contractor to hire if you found Chuck.
We were able to get an appointment a day or two after we called. Chuck showed up on time, and worked efficiently and quickly. He completely cleaned up the area when he was done.
Chuck recently replaced the drainfield on our septic system. He referred us to his regular qualified design guy to design the leach field, applied for the permit, took care of business. Eldorado County inspector signed the installation off without issue. Clyde (design guy) provided an as-built to file with the county. These guys do things the correct way. Was referred to Chuck Holland by a friend who said this guy did a great job on his septic. So I had an emergency on a Saturday and called Chuck Holland and left a message . He called right back to my surprise . I had an emergency because my septic was backed up and we were trying to dig and we couldn't because there were tree roots on top of it and he actually came out the same day and excavated it out so sweet septic could come and pump it. after it was pumped out, they said I had to remove the tree otherwise it was going t... read more
Chuck came out the day I called and had my new septic tank installed and inspected within 2 weeks. I believe the price was fair and the work excellent. Highly recommend .
