I had a wonderful experience at this shop. The owner was incredibly professional, skilled, and honest. He took the time to improve my bumper and exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to find a business that values customer satisfaction as much as quality workmanship. He went above and beyond to help me and demonstrated a level of honesty and customer care that is increasingly hard to find. I highly recommend this shop for its honesty, expertise, and outstanding customer service.
Insurance Claim/Hail Damage - Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here. They are amazing, from the first call, to picking up my car after repairs. They worked with my insurance company, I never even spoke to them. They kept me informed of my claims progress and time frame. They contacted and set up my car rental, even took me over to pick it up. They even returned it for me.

It is not easy being a woman and having to deal with mechanics and body shops. Seems like the price goes up and the service goes down the minute you walk through the door. Not so with Chuck Gilbert. They do impeccable work and are completely professional. They understand being without your car is a pain and they make life easy.
