HORRIBLE experience with Chuck Freeman. I first reached out to him on 2/10/2020 about an accident involving someone he insures. I left 2 voicemails and never heard back, so I emailed him on 2/11/2020. He didn't email me back until 2/17/2020 (though every time I called the voicemail said he was in the office) stating that he's under the impression I have the wrong person for my damage and that the insured had no damage to their vehicle.
