Absolutely worthless.. took 2000$ and forgot to show up to my sons hearing. 2 times. Could have wiped my ass with that money and got better use of it.. got him sanctioned at the BAR and sent to diversion classes.. blames things on his flunkies working for him.

The guy is mentally abusive and before you enter into a contract with him. Understand this, he keeps your money no matter how abusive he may get and will tell you constantly that if you do this or that, he’ll drop you as a client. I am writing as a former employee. This guy seemed alright at first but was just not a very nice person. He was very obnoxious, and mean-spirited, constantly berating and yelling at employees, talking bad about former employees, other attorneys, etc. just a really dysfunctional place to work. I had mixed feelings about leaving this place. I am not sure how this guy has lasted so long because he just is a really dysfunctional employer. I am writing as a former employee. This guy seemed alright at first but was just not a very nice person. I was facing some EXTREMELY serious DUI charges from the City of Scottsdale, and I wasn't even driving a car, SO NOT KIDDING... I know, right?! SERIOUSLY! Chuck and his team really came through and through very detailed and aggressive work on my case were able to get ALL CHARGES DROPPED!! I'm glad Chuck switched things up and upgraded his current team of associates to the "A-team", Josh and Brett are da bomb!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU!!! Money well spent!

Bad apple only wants to take your case if your a big money person. I'm disabled on fixed income got screwed buting cadillac and chuck would take the case. why he told me they only allow him to charge 2000 dollars then when I met him it changed to he could only get 2000 from gm so he'd do this for 250/ hour. but not when I called him put he said he would cap his fees at 2000 then he basically told me he couldn't help me. A DISABLED DOCTOR! CAUSE IM NIT LOADED ANYMIRE BECAUASE OF ALL THE GREEDY PEOPLE TODAY!
