I’ve always received wonderful service from Justin Murray! He’s a wonderful and knowledgeable agent!
He is rude and unprofessional. He was my agent. I moved to Goldsboro and wanted a local agent. Apparently Chuck did not understand this. When I called to ask him something about my switching process, he could not get off the phone with me fast enough and hung up on me. I had been with his office for years on different occasions. Not always as helpful as he could have been. Would not return my calls on more than one occasion. I will never patronize his business again.
It may sound odd with the current events in our society to use the word HERO when referring to an insurance agent, but it is from my heart that I call Justin Murray my HERO today! I had a death in my family in February and too many details to explain in this review, but Justin went above and beyond to take care of all of our families insurance needs and more during this tough time and we are so grateful!!!
