Food was good. Staff were a bit moody
We are gold members so we visit quite often and always enjoy our time there. Every single person who works there are a joy to be around. From the managers to the other employees, these people do their job very well. They are very attentive to their customers and childrens safety. Chuck. E comes out at least twice during each visit. We haven't experienced any machines but maybe 1 being out of order. They are prompt in fixing any machine that does need repairs. They are also very interactive and patient with the kids. Bad
There are fun games for kids and adults.
I was very inpressed with how clean this building was! Restrooms, play area, eating area were all very clean. I love that there was plenty to keep all of my kids entertained from age 2-8.
