Smells horrible and Lala is very unprofessional
10/10, went with my friends, got Mr. Charles Entertainment Cheese to 6/7 for us. Give whoever was in that suit like 3 days ago a raise.
Food and drinks, ok. Grandchildren had fun until it was time to redeem their prize for tickets. We were told their selection was 'For display only' yet there were 15 visiblly available and the display only required 3. Truth was no one had a key to the display case to remedy the situation, but that was mumbled under their breath as our backs turned to walk away.. ...
Staff unfortunately are not trained properly.
