Kids love this place...
My boyfriend and I wanted to have a fun arcade date and got sent away for not having a child with us. My boyfriends mother called some hr people and we were told by upper staff that that's not even a rule they have. Very much felt like my boyfriend was racially profiled as well
I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but my experience with the manager, Albert, at the Chuck E. Cheese in Brentwood really rubbed me the wrong way. He came off as pretty dismissive and didn’t seem interested in actually helping or even hearing me out. I tried to explain what was going on, and it honestly felt like he just wanted to get the conversation over with as fast as possible.
