Very poor customer service. Struggled for 1 hour to book a birthday party and finally they couldn’t book as they are busy.
Old machines , most of the machines didn’t work. Also the access to the trampoline used to be 10$ now it’s 16$ just because they added something ! Prices here are not fair unfortunately
My name is kemberly Walker I was there with my grandkids and the staff allowed my 3 year old autism granddaughter to go out the front door and was missing for over 12 mins , she was nowhere to be found ,in the parking lot nowhere they didn't call the police ,they gave up looking for her returning back in the building without her still never calling the police, .... And the person/staff that was SURPOSE to be at the door kept leaving the post. I had to go to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack . Yelling , scream... read more
