Very poor customer service, everyone waiting to be served, the bathrooms are dirty, and some areas smell bad.
This is a very nice Chuck E. Cheese in the east bay. The staff is nice and friendly most of the games work, not all but most. The food was service was fast and they keep the place clean. It is one of the biggest Chuck E. Cheeses in the whole Bay Area also. They have a big parking lot too.
Stopped in for a soda on a hot day and got exactly what I came for. While I was at the soda machine a kid ran up to me and told me to mix the root beer and strawberry lemonade and then sprinted off, apparently the kid had taste cause that pairing was amazing. I’m a little old to enjoy the CEC experience but I’m definitely gonna take my little cousin here sometime.

We come only on weekdays before noon. Mind that. Anyways the place is always clean. Bathroom smell wonderful. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Great prices compared to other play arcades. They offer lots of discounts too.
