Great place for the kids!
I love this Chuck E. Cheese. I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I could remember. Unfortunately I don’t think the current staff or check out counter has any hospitality manners. I asked for a fork since there was none out for the salad bar and I was quickly met with a rude “well did you purchase a salad bar plate”. I believe any restaurant regardless of purchase should have silver ware available to customers. What if my child just likes to eat with a fork, would I have to purchase a salad bar plate to get one? ... read more
This is the worst one in San Antonio. Most of them are not great but this one has sticky floors dirty tables and chairs like they have not wiped anything down in months. Of my kids did not like the array of games we would not come here. I don't want to fight with her about going to a different one so I clean it off myself. If your kid does not fight you go to the one at bandera and 1604 or 281.
