Chuck E. Cheese definitely isn't what it used to be. The kids had a great time, though, and that's what mattered most. The staff wasn't very enthusiastic during their interactions with the kids. It all felt very routine, and they seemed bored. The birthday cake was extremely cold, and it fell apart when we cut into it. I'd recommend bringing your own cake if you can. Great experiences, minus the food prices. Little too high.
This has to the worst Chuck E Cheese's that I have ever been to. Food was crap, hardly any games, prices don't match on your receipt (overcharged) no Chuck E. appearances and a rude manager. I used Groupon (and paid cash for more stuff) and they didn't know how to use it. They way over charged me. Was so done with that place I didn't feel like arguing with Manager. I just wanted to celebrate my son's birthday.
Very nice facility, my baby cousin loves this location, between the playground, little trampolines, and games he stays very occupied and happy! Although I was a little confused when they didn’t check us in (no safety precautions by the door!!!!!) and the bathrooms could have used a clean but nothing terrible. The staff could definitely benefit from a smile on their faces…
