It's the 3rd time they make my kid cry.. Every single time we go there they keep announcing that chuck e cheese will be out and he never does. Then my girl cries because she wants to see him. Besides they're always out of toys. It's not only the Pearland location but the Wesleyan as well. They're always short of staff and they don't care about the kids. Do not have your birthday party at Chuck E Cheese! They are money hungry and do not care about your child's special day. To start off, your child will share their celebration with several other kids at once, taking away from their special moment.
