As a child I remember when this place had the actual character band that would play during the visit but here in 2026 it's much different. All was fairly well but I was extremely disappointed in the movement of Chuckie, no excitement about the person in the suit while interacting with the kids. They should really rethink this part especially since it's much more expensive 😩

The best place to spend time with our kids in the area! Our kids love it here. They love playing at the new jungle gym that was recently added. They’re always making more improvements to the location, which we appreciate, and the staff is the absolute best. We are always greeted with a big smile and they always ask how we are doing. I feel like I know most of them, and they always recognize our family when we arrive.
