Great place, always clean and kept well organized. We bring the kiddos once a month to play and they enjoy the time.
Very disappointed with our visit today. A staff member in the trampoline zone mocked my child for not wearing socks instead of notifying me. He even told my child, “you’re old and playing in the baby play area.” That is bullying behavior and unacceptable from someone working with children. Policies can be enforced without humiliating kids. Management needs to do better.
We love Chuck E cheese and the value with a membership. Food is good quality, lots of discounts. We do wish the trampolines were more affordable or would have a discount if you bring back your socks. We don't need dozens of them! Ha
Not sure if anyone noticed, but it smells bad in there. Smells like urine and dirty socks. Most of the machines are out or order and the coin drop machines kept malfunctioning. Won’t be coming to this location anymore
