Unfortunately the worst CEC visit ever. multiple tables needed to be bussed and cleaned but just sat there dirty and cluttered with used plates and cups. We bought a 120 minute play card along lunch and the same tables were still sitting there dirty from when we arrived 2 hours prior. Just gross. Update: Went to the link provided for more feed back and just takes me to the CEC home page. They really Do Not care, its all a front and minimum customer service. :(
I took my grandson last week and had a great time! It has certainly changed since I was there decades ago with his mother, but games, food, and music videos are still a winning combination!
My experience with the manager Yves was a terrifying experience. He was really strange and verbally abusive. His aggressive aura made the entire room extremely tense. As the only food order at the time, I inquired about the wait of my food he instantly started to make rude snarky comments saying all I waited was 10 minutes tops, I show him my receipt and it was actually 40 minutes, then the conversation turned into rather I waited 36 minutes or 40.
