My grand kids love going. The facility in Gurnee is clean & the employees are very courteous.
Great experience
Always a good time at this location. Clean, friendly service, and only an occasional game system glitches… but that is to be expected. I have stopped by with and without my kid and always a good time. Rarely a wait to play most games and while I have not ordered food there, others seem to enjoy it.
Edit- went in around 7 p.m. on a Sunday so it was 2 hours before closing. All of the employees looked miserable. You could not hear any music. Atmosphere was very uninviting. When we asked about the music or live show we were given attitude. I spoke to the manager who seemed like I was annoying her as I explained we bring my autistic son because he loves the music and live show. To come here and spend $100 dollars and be treated so poorly i would never take my family back to this location. Maybe hire staff that is suitable f... read more
It was quite tonight not too many families all at once. We really enjoyed ourselves tonight. Food was hot and not dried out for once.
