My grand daughter had a fun time on her birthday here.
Yesterday I visited Chuck E Chesse at the parma location on ridgewood. Sometimes i go and get horrible attitudes from employees but yesterday was different I was greeted by a young man who was very patient with me unfortunately i cant quite remember his name but he looked mixed and i his name tag started with JA i believe one of the games did not work and he was able to assist me not only that when asking about the long waits he apologized about the inconvenience which I greatly appreciated and gave me my points back other t... read more
