Logan was great
We are gold members. Have been for the last 3 summers. We have visited numerous locations and the one in Conyers, GA by far has been the WORST! Many of the games don’t work. They don’t have a great selection anyways. The manager is rude. I had a problem with my order & he handled it poorly. We will not return & unfortunately I hope this review helps people not waste their time & money. I know it’s the only location in this area; and they know this too and still don’t care.
Recently I took my son and daughter with my parents to this Chuck E. Cheese. When we first got there was a big red flag we ignored. the man hanging out cards, wristbands, and etc had a dripping nose and the snot wasn’t clear either. We thought nothing of it until days later after being home and nowhere else we all got sick. I’m pregnant and I have epilepsy and my mom has CHF and our health is very important. We went to the Chucky cheese location in Conyers Ga and had a very bad encounter with the manager and his name is Anthony. He was very rude not only to me but my mom. We took my son there yesterday because it was his first birthday. We got there ordered food and we waited for an hour and went back up to cashier and ask about an ordered.
