People at the place are great, go or call the store when booking! The number they provide to " customer service " is horrible! They don't give you all the info and are very rude! Yet again when I got there the people were nice, Cameron even helped carry stuff out! Customer service is the only reason I only gave 3 stars also extremely busy, with kids running wild. Which I guess is to be expected....
Our grandkids love Chuckee Cheese especially our 8 yr old & our 3 yr old loves it too & that water hippo with the ducks & her favorite song, she could've stayed there all day playing it but it broke so we had to move on to something else but really enjoyed the time there with our grandkids. The grandkids love their pizza & we loved it too!
The cashier was very helpful with our Silver pass benefits. She really helped this 61-year-old MiMi figure out the app so my grandson could REALLY enjoy their visit to Chuck E. Cheese!
