Amazing Guest Service – We had just been there celebrating birthdays! It started off horribly, I mean bad! We went to the mgr on duty, Anthony and he is the BEST MGR EVER!! I cant say enough for Mr. Anthony(as my boys called him!) He went above and beyond any normal "make it better complaint." He had amazing customer/guest service. He had an ever better personality! this place is a mess – avoid.
Great place for young kids – Love this Chuck E Cheese. My daughter has chosen to come here for every birthday and good report card for the last two years. The staff is extra friendly and they always make sure we have a good time. Last year they made her a super star for her birthday. I'm expecting the same this year.
DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!! – My recommendation is to avoid the Rocky Mount Chuck E. Cheese franchise at all cost. On July 29, 2011, my 3 year old son was in a toddler play area and was attacked by a 13 year old and 14 year old (both boys) who were trying to steal tokens. The older kids' mom refused to offer any apology (she did acknowledge that her kids had a "hitting" problem). The manager was contacted. Awful Experience will never go back. We went to celebrate my nieces 6th birthday, so we have 28 people in our party. As soon as we walk in the place was freezing, (maybe 70 degrees). So I asked the manager if he could adjust the AC a little and he said,
Awful! – We took our boys there to celebrate our youngest turning 3. We weren't surprised to see the place crowded, and were pleasantly surprised that there were a lot of empty and clean seating areas. However, that was the ONLY plus. The place is under construction with no visible warning signs anywhere to be seen. Although, it didn't look like dangerous construction areas. YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT SAFE HERE – This is a warning for all parents. I held my daughters 4th birthday party here and she contracted MRSA. For those not in the know this is a virulent staph infection. It was good enough - – Well, when I went there - I walked in and it's packed. My favorite part WAS the show, until I realized it wasn't even on. Then I saw some little baby-like kid by the blue-screen and he/she was dancing on the TV's. I guess that's what CEC calls "entertainment", or they just don't really have any technicians...
